Containers4You is the trading name of GE SeaCo British Isles Ltd

"Containers4You" CONTAINER LEASE AGREEMENT

The Lessee agrees to hire from Containers4You and Containers4You agrees to hire to the Lessee Portable Storage Containers (the "Containers") identified by the serial numbers listed in Appendix "A", together with any other Containers which the parties may agree in writing from time to time.

Period of the Lease
The minimum period of the Lease is identified in Appendix "A" (XXX) and shall apply to each Container from each respective date of on hire. The period of the Lease shall continue thereafter until terminated by either party giving to the other no less than seven days written notice.

Rent
For each Container delivered the Lessee shall pay rent as defined in Appendix "A"(XXX), for the minimum period of the Lease. Thereafter Containers4You reserves the right to amend the rate at which rental shall be payable by seven days prior written notice to the Lessee.

Payment of Rent
(a) Rent shall be due for each Container from and including the first day of the week of delivery to the Lessee up to and including the last day of the week in which the Container is returned to Containers4You according to the terms of the Lease. Notwithstanding the above, if the number of weeks on hire times the weekly rate for any Container is less than the minimum specified in the Lease then the specified minimum for that Container will be due and payable.

(b) Lessee will be invoiced daily in advance for the rent for each Container. Payment of each invoice issued to the Lessee by Containers4You in respect of any rent payment charge, or other amount due under the Lease shall be paid by the Lessee within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

(c) If any rent payment or other amount due to Containers4You under the Lease shall not have been received by Containers4You by the date that such payment was due Containers4You shall have the right to charge the Lessee interest of 2% compounded per month for each month or part thereof that the payment remains outstanding.

Delivery, Location of Operation and Return of Container
The Lessee shall be responsible for the cost of transporting each Container to the location of operation, the cost of lifting and positioning the Containers at the location of operation and the cost of redelivery to the depot nominated by Containers4You. Following delivery, the Lessee shall not reposition any Container to a different location of operation without the prior written consent of Containers4You.

Delivery
Containers4You shall deliver the Containers to the Lessee's location of operation and the Lessee shall pay to Containers4You a delivery transport cost
identified in Appendix "A" (XXX) for each Container.

Return
Containers4You shall arrange transport to collect the Containers from the Lessee's location of operation for return to Containers4You depot identified in
Appendix "A" (XXX) and the Lessee shall pay to Containers4You a return transport cost for each Container identified in Appendix "A" (XXX).

Crane Hire (not applicable)

Handling Charges
In the event the Lessee undertakes to collect from and/or return the Containers to a Containers4You depot (by means of their own transport) the
Lessee shall pay to Containers4You a handling charge as identified in Appendix "A" (XXX).

Replacement Value
The replacement value referred to in Paragraph 10 (XXX) of the Containers4You Lease Agreement and General Trading Terms printed on the following
pages attached hereto is identified in Appendix "A" (XXX).

Other Terms

Commissioning/De Commissioning Charges
For each Container delivered to Lessee's location of operation, the Lessee shall pay to Containers4You an on site commissioning charge as identified Appendix "A" (XXX).

For each Container returned from the Lessee's location of operation to a Containers4You depot, the Lessee shall pay to Containers4You a de commissioning
charge as identified in Appendix "A" (XXX).

Containers4You Lease Agreement and General Trading Terms printed on the following pages of this Lease are incorporated in this Lease and form an integral part thereof. Accepted subject to the Terms and Conditions specified herein.

Appendix "A" of Lease XXXX Dated 1st August 2007

The Container number(s), on hire date(s), rental rate, haulage rate, crane hire rates, handling charge, replacement value, locations
of delivery and redelivery referred to in the Lease are as follows :-

Para "A" Item (i) Minimum Period of Lease XXX weeks

Para "E" Item (iii) Collection ex-Depot at: Containers4You

OR Item (XXX) Haulage charge for delivery to Lessee's site location.
